Jan 01, 2019 Tempest makes Lee Sin punch the ground, making a tiny tremor for the area around you. It reveals enemies and deals damage. Tempest / Cripple makes it so the enemies in the near area that were hit by Tempest have a lowered attack speed and lowered movement speed. It will make you clear camps a lot faster as it has AoE.

If there was any word to describe the most OP god on smite it would be for He Bo God of the yellow river. He Bo waves into smite as a strong Ranged Mage. Never underestimate He Bo in lane, in my opinion hes the most op mage.
Why Doom? I understood that it reduces enemy magic dmg resists (traps don't do that) and adds flat phys dmg per hit (and traps dmg isn't counted as hitting is it?). I thought 'per hit' only applied to melee hit or bow-type dmg.
